Sharing with you the four R's in prayers. They are Recognition, Request, Reconciliation and Reliance.
When we pray, Recognize that everything comes from the Lord. We Request all we need in this life. We Reconcile everything with God, especially when we fail or fall. And we Rely on God's power and providence.

Lord, let me always recognize your loving presence in prayer. Amen.
