Count Your Heartbeat

I once went to an isolated place with no one accompanied me. I just wanted to be alone. There I tried to be silent, meditated and pray.

I was looking for answers to many questions bothering me. I am trying to count God's blessings to me.



While in deep prayer and solitude,  I almost heard my heartbeat. Then I realized a very simple truth.

Sometimes the only blessing we need to sound is our heartbeat...a blessing for daily existence. Isn't?
