I was brought up with a belief that men should not cry. But Albert Smith said:
"Tears are the safety valve of the heart when too much pressure is laid on it."
My realization:
Our eyes need to be washed by our tears once in a while so that we see life more clearly.
Prayer:
Lord, help me see the beauty of life. Amen.
